ACDC DYNAMICS, CPS1500-24-2 Series Pure Sine Wave Inverter.
Purchased a 1500W pure sine wave inverter (CPS1500-24-2) from AC/DC EXPRESS - 8/2/2023; within a few weeks the thermoswitch on the fans had to be replaced under warranty. Shortly after the thermoswitch repair which took many weeks of frustration in doing follow up, the battery charger failed and the unit was replaced by the original seller with a new unit on the 3/4/2023. This replacement unit has now exhibited the same thermoswitch failure (6/5/2023) and will only be repaired under warranty according to senior official at ACDC EXPRESS. No refund is forthcoming even though I have lost all confidence in this type of unit. Very poor service from ACDC DYNAMICS in Cape Town wrt keeping me informed of repair status of first unit purchased. Poor after sales backup from ACDC Express in Port Elizabeth wrt monetary refund of second failed inverter.
Had it for a week and so far so good.
Made sure that the dealer notated all problems and malfunctions to ensure the 24th month guarantee would be honoured.
