ACDC Dynamic-CPS1000 Inverter (Cheap Products as per managers description )
Having purchased a CPS1000, Inverter I have had a nightmare trying to resolve my problem. The unit was meant to power up when lights go off, during April to June power was going off for 2-3 hours only. However, the unit worked well. the THX to Eskom we went to Stage 5and all hell broke loose. The CPS1000 powered up only the USB slot, i returned the unit to Express store Bedfordview and apparently under good will it was repaired free. (Please note that a TV, DECORDER and a single LED light bulb were being powered up.) i would like to state at this point that the staff were super Friendly when i purchased the unit, then the devil came out of all, staff. At this point i was told that the unit is a cheap unit R7000 and that he does not switch automatically and apparently this was happening to other units? also. A cheap unit WOW, I'm shocked, this explains their mark-ups. So as my story continues last week of Sept i discussed my problem with Edenvale HQ for ACDC job was logged after 2 days, that is poor in itself I returned the unit to Bedfordview as they are an independent franchisee and that was my root to follow. I have left the reason why i returned the unit the second time to last, because this is the best yet. Its a cheap unit so the unit does not know the difference between loading energy and distributing energy,! after 24 hours of installing the unit with all necessary plug changes the CPS 1000 started the fan as necessary, however it did not switch off, three days we used the unit like that. the unit would not switch the fan off...but silly me i was told its cheap, i was later told that i should manually switch on and off the fan. Is this crazy!! i ask you that a unit R7000 cannot switch itself off after recharging itself? our laptops do it our TV have being doing it for years. Don't trust your ACDC salesperson, when you return good's, the devil comes out.
