ACDC Durban North - good customer service (Indren)
I purchased a wall mounted fan from AC DC Durban North in May 2023 last year. The product itself has not been too pleasant, however, their staff member Indren has been a huge help in order to get our unit on the road to 'repairs'. To say he has gone "way and beyond to assist", would be an under-statement. Indren, honestly, more companies need people like you in their front line, assisting customers - especially when there are complaints. Thank you for your amazing feedback, communication skills, kind nature and good service. We will let you know when our unit is repaired! You have been a breath of fresh air to deal with, and I will most certainly let as many people I know living in your area to visit AC DC and look for you! Thank you.
