ACDC and Blue NOVA bad support service

It has been 3months since I have handed in my Blue Nova Lithium battery for repairs. Between ACDC and Blue Nova none of them has provided any correspondence or feedback as to when the unit will be repaired. The unfortunate part I have made payment for the repairs and held hostage by both companies. Please reconsider if you ever deciding to buy a Blue Nova product they are bad with their support.
