AC DC Express Strubensvalley - No Customer Service

It is so wonderful that in this day and age people standing outside to smoke can't assist a fellow human being. I needed some parts to assist my daughter with her school project and thought I could pop around to AC DC Express in Strubensvalley. On arrival I spoke with a gent that worked there that was standing outside smoking. I then asked him to please assist and help give me some guidance on this topic, as we see them as the professionals. I was told plain blank "NO" they are too busy. Too busy smoking I am not sure. However I then took my busy else where.
