I now understand why people walk out of this business. Staff do not know their specials, even a a special running for more than a month. When you query pricing charged, they pull up their shoulders and say it is the scanner's fault. The manager is never there and staff do not know what is going on. How many clients they overcharged during this campaign started on 01 October to 31 December 2024? Clients standing around while staff quarreling about pricing, and some clients turn around and walked out. Pathetic business and client service.
