Bad ********* business

On the 18th June 2018 I purchase as per adverti*****t on Facebook a VW motor engine from a company in Vereeniging: Vaal Value Serve trading as ACD for the amount of R9000 cash. I returned the engine the next day, as there was parts missing and stripped from, and bathroom silicone was placed where original gaskets was supposed to be. The motor description was different from adverti*****t. The engine was not in the good condition they advertised it at, and as per my telephonic conversation with the owner’s son; Keagan was. I was mislead and falsely informed. I returned the engine and the owner himself Raymond said he forgot to mention that his workers removed some nuts and parts from the engine as it was laying in the workshop. The owner Raymond upon receiving the motor engine back, promised to make a electronic refund payment the following day, as he doesn’t have Telkom lines, the cable has been ******. Based on his word given I believed him and left the premises. It’s been now 4 weeks; with many many phone calls and still waiting for my money. Each time I get told another story and another day goes by. He now has diverted my number, when calling him, to a CellC customer service number. I feel violated as I’m a woman taken advantage of from a man. Very very bad ********* business this.
