BAD Serive

<p>I took my car in for a service and to changes the Thermostat in Feb this year. it was arranges I dorp off my car on Friday after work and collect the car on Saturday 12, Saturday 12 I come their my car was in the wash bay Shaun the Manager ask me why I want to changes the thermostate I did expalne why then all the sudden I heard my car reff like hell I cask why he say they busy with the thermostat the after 1 he come and say they got the wrong thermostat I must let my car their they will deliver Monday what they did , 1 I think thye never was planed to changes the Themostate and then a couple off weeks I spoke to Shaun and say the filter brackets is have NO bolt, and have a funny sound he promises they will collect the car I send him twice messages what his reponse was I will call you it now allmost 2 weeks still no call then they going to collect my car and put in bold fasten the brackets what are loose. I had it with them when you call they ask your name the his is busy . What must I do</p>
