poor workmanship

<p>end of september 2016 i towed my opel monza to acd meyerton to have the dictator repaired as it was not sparking this would be a few days work according to martin the owner as they have to send it away for repairs. every week when i phoned they either was still waiting for it to be returned or they had to send it back for repairs again or they were repairing more important vehicles as mine this is what the mechanic chris told me. on the 3rd of november 2016 when i phoned again they told me i can collect the car as it was fixed i then went to pay the amount of R2500. The mechanic informed me to change the plugs as the car is not idling nice but replacing sparkplugs will solve my problem only to find out the car is smoking alot and not only do i need to replace plugs but we have to do mayor service either he is clueless on cars or they are dishonest. after the service we tried starting the car but because wires were so pulled tight and very unneat it shorted out the dictator yet again. contacting the owner middle december 2016 he told me that i cannot complain 3 and a half months later about work they have done and i drove the car out of there which makes them not responsible for damages afterwards. i waited a month and a half for repairs it took me a couple of weeks to do motor so where does the 3 and half months come from either he does not know what is happening in his workshop or he is just as dishonest as his personell. if i do not receive proper response in rectifying this matter i will direct my complaint elsewhere and i do have all proof on tax invoices as well as messages between myself and martin from acd</p>
