Their services are really bad. I'

I have never received a bad service like I have with this ACD Pro Service Centre in Polokwane. My car had a problem while I was home during the the festive and my warranty only work with them around my area. The car was towed to them on the 3rd of January 2022. It took a week before I could get a quote. And another week and half of me waiting, being told we have ordered the parts Is on the way. The part finally arrived and I went to fetch the car, I was actually in a hurry to go back to work in Joburg. I took the car but while driving I noticed that I may be having the same problem I took my car there for. The following day I notified them and I asked if I can take the car anywhere around joburg so it can be checked but they said I must bring the car back to them unless their warranty is gonna fall away, understandable but I realized that I could damage something if I force the car back to them since I was over 400km away. I decided to take the car to another workshop at my own cost.

Then later I decided to take my car in for service then I realized that my service book and car manual is missing. I knew the only place that was used was there by Pro Service Centre, I called and ask for them to check the lady refused and say we don't remove clients service book out of their cars. I hanged up, but I after thinking hard I remembered that's the only place my service book was used for warranty claim. I called again to beg her to check for me, after checking she sent an email apologizing and asking me to come and fetch it. I told her I'm in joburg and I'm not sure when I'll go there. I now want to use the service book when I asked for them to atleast courier it for me at my own cost she is telling me to come and fetch it because she doesn't have anyone to send to PEP.

I really find their services bad especially after is them who took the book out. The lady at the reception is even rude.
