Exceptionally Poor Service

After having booked my car in for a service with ACD Bellville on the 29th October 2018 we received our car back with a broken door which we never gave consent to having them check out the door due to the costs involved. We were informed that it would cost us R600 just to have a look at the door not even to repair the door we decided to not go with the process.

We also asked on numerous phone calls and when checking in the morning when dropping off the car to please replace the front left light bulb which was never even done. When my wife picked up the car the 2 ladies at the front desk were more eager on getting payment that actually providing proper services. Due to the poor service provided to us I definitely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to service or do work on their car.

I have had no feedback from them after raising my complaints with them I realized that this was enough proof that they do not care about their reputation but rather their own pockets.
