Worst service ever

This has been the worst experience ever, took my car in for an electrical problem then they get back to me & say that a valve broke off & now there is a hole in my piston & now they are expecting me to pay for their negligence. What a *******. Also I get no update as to the status of my vehicle & its been 2 weeks now.
