TAKE LONG TO PUT NEW ENGINE FOR MY CAR

Im currently experiencing a very bad service with ACD Workshop-Autobro Motors @ Sebenza JHB, it is about 3 weeks now they dont update me when I called them they give me the same thing actually my insurance Impac Auto Elite Moto warranties are waiting for ACD with quotation of Engine but this guy he told me that he sent it when I check with Impac nothing was received from ACD. Im not happy with a service Im getting @ ADC looks like they dont worry about client. He suppose to get new Engine block for my Avanza thats all.
