Pathetic Service

I gave my car in last week Monday 29/02/2016 for a problem with the brakes. They determined its the brake booster that needs to be replaced. I asked them I asked them if they can have the car ready by Tuesday afternoon 01/03/2016. They phoned me the Tuesday morning, telling me that the car would not be ready as they are still waiting for the parts. The part came from somewhere in the country, but it was the wrong part. So they had to send it back. I contacted them throughout the week but couldn't really get an answer out of them. Jan kept saying he will keep me posted, but I have to phone after him as to what is happening with my car. Today exactly a week ago I dropped off my car, and I still don't know what is going on. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. They wont ever see me again. Absolute disgrace.
