Worst Service Ever!!

<p>I brought my 2009 Audi A4 3.2fsi to ACD Tridchart (also known as Speed Tune-up Centre) in August 2015 which it had a gasket problem of which the car was drivable, I drove it to them. ACD said they will strip and quote me, well after 2 weeks they eventually got around to stripping it and found that one piston had scratched the block. They then gave me a quote of R105 000 to repair the engine of which my extended warranty would only pay R12 500. At this point I had bought the car 2 months prior and ACD said there are no second engines they could find and I asked them to repair only the damaged cylinder and piston but they refused and said the warranty won't pay. The dealership I bought the car from paid me R25 000 to have the engine repaired at engineering in Middelburg all with Audi genuine parts. I then brought back the sub-assembly engine to ACD in February to fit in the car of which their quote was now R16 000 to complete the engine and fit it back in. All the parts where there but ACD kept making excuses why they haven't completed my vehicle to the point where they would say there are waiting for parts they have ordered which I gave them by the way, when I made them aware of this they said they didn't realise and they would continue immediately. The only parts that they quoted me for was the engine mountings and bushes which are part of the R16k quote of which i told them to order in January so that we don't delay. They then said they needed two o-rings which they have ordered and are coming from Germany and would arrive end of April. I called them end of April having ordered the o rings myself on the side and found that Audi has had stock all along. I called ACD wanting to know what excuse they would use and they said they got them now they could finally finish the vehicle. Well i call again every second day until I went to the work should in June and found my car wasn't even been touched the dust says it all and my engine is sitting in the corner of the warehouse wrapped. That day the owner of the workshop George would not even talk to me and just look at me and continued fixing another and I left heart saw. I got a chance to ask one of the guys that was working there, he is the one that pointed me where my engine was kept and when I asked him why they haven't touch my car he said the boss said the parts are missing . All the lies I have received and the excuses about so called parts and staff that has resigned. Till now I haven't received my car back and you should know that all this time I have never received a call from them at all to even brief me about parts missing or progress, I am the one that always called them. When I call now they take down my number and say George will call me back but he never does. I now work in Middelburg because I lost my job in Secunda because of no car, so going to ACD is near impossible and not forgetting the rudeness I got when I went there and the rudeness I get over the phone as if I did something wrong by wanting to know progress. How does ACD even order so called parts without the customers consent? It is not easy paying a car for a car that you don't drive and taking a less paying job just to keep paying for it. In my new job, I walk 16km a day to work and back and I am tired! At the moment ACD has no excuses why they are not fixing my car, they just don't want to period. What am I supposed to do? I regret taking my car there, don't know why my extended warranty recommended ACD.</p>
