******* in the "automobile " ACD auto pty ltd Vereeniging

I am absolutely " furious and frustrated " ! by the ACD auto Pty LTD in Vereeniging. My car (Audi Q5 ) was with them few months ago. They were meant to fix a smoke problem on the vehicle which caused the car not to function properly. The car engine was st********** and i was notified that i needed to do an engine re-build.

I wasn't comfortable with doing an engine rebuild and asked them not to proceed. I was made to pay for stripping fees and storage amounting to more than R6000.00 .

Took my car as is and had to find towing which was another cost for. Now i took the car for repairs ( fitting in a second hand engine ) and two of the expensive parts are missing from the engine that was st**********. (my Aircon pump and sensor) are missing.

I've called the workshop and notified them of the situation and all they could say is that they cant find the parts! So I've lost out on the R6000 plus they made me pay and the two parts of my engine!!
