Response after feedback
Madeni from ACD called on the 02/04/2015 to give feedback on my complaint on Toyota Tazz RKY719GP and said my car is damaged due to wear and tear and I now need to do more repairs namely the Main Bearing, Trust Brushes and Crank shaft needs to be cleaned and that they never touched my engine, yet some of the repairs that were done include: Servicing/Cam Belt &

We have appointed a Technical Manger to investigate the claims and statements made by both parties in this matter.
