After having car trouble and a preposterous quotation for repair (from the local car dealership), I contacted ACD BNS Workshop in Bloemfontein for assistance. I was treated with care and respect. The fact that the vehicle was in Gauteng, was not the slightest problem to them. They immediately arranged for a carrier truck to load my car and took took care of all my worries and problems. They consulted with the warranty company and proceeded with the claim. After all said and done, they had my car repaired (with a on year guarantee), within a week, for less than 20% of the first quotation (including the carrier truck fee). The staff was warm and friendly towards me and if ever I have car problems again, BNS will be my answer. A big thumbs up to the entire staff! Thank you!
