No service till now

First time I took my car in was to have lights fitted, lights for a c230 kompressor 2003 model, 2 door. They kept my car for 3 full days and finally said they cant fit the lights, but I did let them do a full service and they picked up that my brakes needed changing, and the back ones were so far gone, and so I let them. I took the car in again on the 21st May 2015, mentioned that the car was now switching itself off and it took a while to start again, which they documented in the checkin sheet. Went to fetch the car same day, only to find out on my way to work the next day when I lost a nut, and a driver in another car pointed out that the wheel was loose, I tightened it, and called to tell them about this, they mentioned they would replace the nut, and i never got any feedback. On the 8th of June, after 5pm, while trying to go home, the car could not start, and it still doesnt start. I called them 3 times on the 9th June to try and get them to tow the car to their workshop, but still I havent had any feedback so I am now up to a point where i am so annoyed by ACD. I wont let another mechanic to touch the car, the car was perfectly running before it went to ACD, and now its deaad
