No service delivered after payment to ACD Ferndale

My vehicle spent 1.5 years in ACD Ferndale's workshop. No repairs done even with a 50% deposit paid for an imported part ( which never came). After numerous phone calls, emails and complaints to both the ACD agent and head office. I finally took my vehicle from the workshop after Head Office failed to assist me with their franchisee in October 2017 with no refund of the R9500 paid in MARCH 2016. So disappointed with the lack of service and expenses on my part , no refund.
