Extremely Poor Service Customer Service

Hi

My name Is Itumeleng

Auto Care Diagnostics Polokwane did an engine overhaul (re-work) last year March 2017. Now not even a year later my engine is broken again. The same symptoms I had before I took it in: 1. Engine fault 2. Engine shaking 3. Coolant light reflecting 4. Oil mixing with water I was charged R50 000 rands by Auto Diagnostics Polokwane with the invoice stating all the parts they replaced amounting to that figure of R50 000. The question I asked myself is how can an engine that has been reworked and had all this parts replaced get damaged before a year? I phoned them to let them know about the breakdown I was told that I have to bring it to them so they can have a look at it. The question I asked them was how can I drive 300 kilometers to Polokwane with car having a faulty engine that’s shaking? Can’t they liaise with a branch closer to me in Johannesburg to have the car looked at?

I am extremely not happy about the work they have done on the car because it only travelled for 22 000 kilometers and only worked for less than a year. Right now I don’t have any means of transport I struggle to get to work because I live in Suburb area. I am paying for a car that is just standing not operating.

I am still paying for the loan I had to take to get the car fixed last year. I will not be held liable for any costs to get the car fixed this time because clearly they did not do a quality job on the engine.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated at the poor service of ACD Polokwane and they seem to be not willing to assist me at all.

I have since made numerous contacts with ACD Head Office to try and get assistance from them, but with no success, they keep telling me that the person who is responsible for my case is not available. It has been two weeks now getting the same excuse from them.
