disgusting service and refusal of assistance

<p>I went to ACD Automotive Services to get assistance as my vehicle broke down they are located less than 50 meters from my place, i called the owner Vashan for assistance he never called me back i had to walk to the place to follow up and advised he would send a technition in 30minutes, 2hours later i called to follow up he advised he would send someone in 15minutes no one showed,i advised i would like my vehicle to be serviced even though it didnt need it as something else was wrong with it,the day passed he never came back to me or assisted, saturday morning i called to follow up will he be able to assist with the service and check why the vehicle wouldnt start he said he will send someone in 5minutes to assist no one came 30 minutes passed,i called back and asked would he be able to assist with a service in the meantime as he offers that and check the vehicle i was advised by Vashan he wont be able to service my vehicle as all work done by them is not guarenteed and turned me away,but on there brochure it says they offer services and electrical work,which i need only to find that the cable that leads to the battery had snapped and the memory on my vehicle needed to be cleared this is a service they do offer but couldnt assist, Vashan was very unproffesionl kept dismissing me and when we would talk he would want me to purchase parts that were not broken in the vehicle,they are linked to AA which makes you wonder what they doing there, and I am a member of AA and was turned away by them!in less than hour he could have resolved this issue for me its Monday morning im still waiting for his call back as he advised, shocking. and why advertise that you do services and electrical work if you will send customers away very misleading</p>
