Breaking down instead of fixing
I took my car in for service on the 22/06/15 for the first time at ACD Vereeniging, the following day it had an oil leak, gear problem and dashboard lights were off. I than called the workshop and informed them of the problems, of which they said they wouldn't have tempered with any of those when servicing however I should bring my car in.They towed my car to their workshop and sorted out the dashboard lights and gear however the oil leak was still there the following morning. The 25/06/15 I again called and spoke to the servicing manager(Raymond Anderson) <br> The 29/06/15 I took the car in again and waited while the manager inspected the car to see why it's still leaking, he informed me that they are having problems with the Peugeot's and Renault's when coming to leaks and they purchased extra parts in different forms in order to sort out this problem and he showed me a box of those things which they use. I have taken it in 2 more times and its still leaking. The 06/07 I called and informed the manager and I decided to refer to ACD Head office and have received no assistance to date.PS: Why is the workshop accepting Peugeot and Renault's if they have a problem with those models!!
We have discussed the matter with Mr. Raymond Anderson who has requested that you return your vehicle to his workshop in order for him to attend to your query.
