Bolt not securely tightened

On Monday 29 June I took my car to ACD carworks for the second time as it had a problem starting. The first time they said they kick started it and it worked and it was going to be an inconvenience to take out the starter if the car was working fine. It seemed as if it was too much trouble for them as they needed to use the lift to remove the starter. On Monday Enrico told me that all their lifts were full and asked if I could bring the car back on Thursday morning.Every day after that I had to kick start my car. Thursday afternoon after 15:00 Enrico tells me that they STILL hadn't removed the starter! Friday afternoon after 15:00 they call me to say it would cost R1300+ for the starter repair and that my warranty would not cover it. I call the warranty people to check and the repair was covered! - so ACD did not even bother to call my warranty people to find out! I arranged a conference call and this was sorted in less than 5 mins. Saturday night I get into my car and it doesn't start! I called a friend to come all the way to where I was only to find the battery terminal had not been securely tightened. To say that I am utterly disappointed in this service is an understatement!
