Bad service and now being ignored.

On the 16th of November my vehicle was at the ACD vredenburg branch, upon receiving my vehicle back I was very unhappy with the service delivered and the work done on my vehicle.<br> <br> I worded my complaint in an email to the owner/manager of this branch. The first response was unsatisfactory. After my response to this email I can not seem to get an answer from them. I have since contacted the franchise manager,whom could not help me either.<br> <br> At this point all my correspondence to them is just ignored... They cant even bother to reply to my emails?<br> <br> How am I suppose to resolve this matter if they do not answer me???
