Bad Customer Service, Unhappy Customer! Never informed!!!!!

Poor Poor Customer Service, We are very upset with the service we received from Werner and team, we were promised our car would be finish just to find out it is not done, and on top of that we always had to phone him and was never informed and kept up to date.... Our car was again promised on the 31st July 2018, at 1pm when my husband got there we were told they testing the car, got back at 3 and Werner was not there and our car was yet not done!!!!!!! What services was that? Yet an uninformed customer.... all we asked was to be kept updated but not once. Mr and Mrs Stoffels.
