ACD Vereeniging is ***********

I took my Audi for a clutch replacement in Nov 2015 towards month end @ ACD Vereening, in Feb 2016 my clutch had a failure - a new clutch that i had purchased from SACHS, i returned the clutch kit to SACHS as it was still under the 1 year warranty, the failure report came back from SACHS with them pointing out that it was an installation fault and providing detailed information with pictures on why it was an installation fault.Mr Raymond had greased my release bearing in front of me and that was the cause of the failure - the people from SACHS also advised to me that if he knew what he was doing he would know that you NEVER grease a plastic bearing , even more he used the wrong grease & not the clutch grease-i went back to ACD and advised him of the finding and also gave him the report only for him to say that he consulted with head office and that they dispute the findings and that i must take it up with the ombudsman.i have serviced al my cars there for the past 4 yrs - 6 services to date, you would think that the midas group under Imperial who is commonly known would invest in customer care as it is the very same customers which are ignored that got the group to where it is now.
