ACD Bellville ***** Business!

<p><br />Our car was booked in for a service on Friday 29 April (Mercedes C230 Kompressor).</p> <p>When we got our car back, it seemed okay, suddenly the car started misfiring terribly. When we inspected our vehicle after it started misfiring, we noticed our engine cover had gasket glue on it, and did not want to clip off as they usually do.</p> <p>Our car had no issues until we got it back from ACD.</p> <p>The Tuesday thereafter, 3 May 2016, we took our car back to ACD. The ran diagnostics and all of a sudden there is a misfire on cylinder 3 and our car needs a new timing chain, which may set us back R30 000 (so the owner and workshop manager said) My partner then had to have our car towed from your workshop to Brackenfell at his own cost. ACD did not even offer to help us, or to tow, after we have been loyal customers.</p> <p>I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received, I will not take my vehicle back to ACD Bellville. Furthermore as I have previously stated my car had no problems, I want this explained, and resolved, how all of a sudden I now have issues and must pay R30 000. I want another RMI accredited service Representative to assess my vehicle and see how this damage was incurred to my car free of charge. Of course all diagnostics tests are going to say the same thing. I do not want ACD looking at my vehicle or touching my vehicle when clearly this has been caused from negligence on ACD's part.</p> <p><br />I would like a response on how ACD would like to proceed forward. <br />It's pretty obviously that something funny has gone on, and I'd like it to be explained to me. </p>
