10k later and the car is still giving issues

My car has been in twice to ACD in loop street to replace a faulty clutch, and have brake pads replaced - upon receiving my car back the first time, i noticed that when turning i had a grinding noise, and that my cars clutch was whistling whenever i let go of the pedal - this was all done for 6k - I took the car back to complain about the whistle and the grinding noise - and to also investigate a clunk sound coming from the back - I was told the clutch was not working in the car and needed a genuine hyundai clutch which would cost me another 1k (i am suspicious of this as I think this was added to cover additional labour instead) I was then charged a further 4k to replace back drums (which was reported to be the issue of the clunk sound) - I got my car back AN ENTIRE WEEK LATER which i could ill afford, with a scratch down the back (which i unfortunately only noticed after getting back home) - the clunk sound remains and now a month later the clutch is again whistling - so, so far i have paid 10k for brakes, half a clutch repair and a giant scratch on my car. This is my only car and I can't be stranded without this - I cannot recommend ACD to anybody at all after this...
