I paid Carel van Niekerk / Simone Pothecary at Accute Air R6,790 deposit of the quoted amount of R9,700 to purchase and install a Jet-Air air conditioning unit on 16 October 2015.<br> After payment was done and confirmation was sent he confirmed the date and time of installation for Wednesday 21 October. The day before the installation he contacted me to reschedule as he was 'too busy with other installations' to Friday 23 October. On the day of the installation he did not arrive as scheduled and there were no responses to the multiple e-mails, text, Whatsapp, Facebook or telephone messages. He finally contacted me on Saturday morning to convey an unbelievable story and agreed he would contact me on Monday 26 October to arrange installation. This did not occur and I now have to acknowledge and accept that he has ****** my deposit.
