Unworthy workmanship

This Businesses has been given the task to implament 3 phase on my property, it has been an uphill battle to have the work completed, although payment was done in full, work is in finished, debris has been left outside for days and still has not been taken care of, continuous promises to finish was made but no attempt to follow through. my certificate of compliance which was promised has not been delivered as the work is unfinished, a very unreliable business that works on promises.
