Bad Service

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my account to be verified without no luck, I have logged four tickets and they still pending. Lastly I deposited R350 and made R1500 with no luck on withdrawals because my account has to verified for me to withdraw.........I'm very much appaled by Accumarkets
