Unreliable service provider

Terrible service. In the beginning great filled our extinguisher and paid in full for this and covers for the hoses and extinguishers, The had them return to sort out the broken hoses before the national lockdown. Took months to replace our fire hoses replaced, finally done. Now waiting for the fully paid for covers for our extinguishers and fire hoses endless emails being sent and mostly no response and just ignored then when they finally answer always promising to deliver Monday. Sooo many Monday's have passed and still no fully paid for covers. I have requested a refund so I can use another service provider just get told it will be sorted??? Definitely will not recommend this company for any service they offer.
