YOUR WARRANTY WON'T PROTECT YOU - AGAIN!!!

I lodged a complaint regarding the defective brakes on my Tata Indica on 5th February after the Multi-Franchise service centre called to tell me that my brake discs needed replacing for the 3rd time, and so did my brake pads. The cost would be in excess of R4000. My car had gone in for its 30,000 service, and the discs had been replaced at 7000kms, and again at 15000kms.<br> The day after I lodged the complaint someone called from Accordian Investments for the name of the service centre, which I gave them. They did in fact call the person I directed them to, for details of my complaint. The service attendant agreed with me that the issue with the brakes was indeed something quite out of normal.<br> <br> I have not heard a single word from anyone since then. What does this mean, I have to wonder? Are they hoping it will go away? Should I suffer any accident or injury as a result of brake failure, I truly hope that Accordian Investments understand that I will most certainly sue for those damages? Anyone there??
