Our Delivery vehicle Tata Super Ace was taken to Imperial Service Centre on the 2nd July with an overheating problem. The vehicle was returned on the 6th July. The vehicle overheated again within 1hr after collection. The vehicle was returned to the service Centre immediately, after numerous calls to Rochelle - Service Consultant without any resolution (Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman would not take any calls), I visited the Service centre today 14th July to be told that the vehicle was only assessed by Tata Technicians this morning. It is not only the lack of proper communication but the utter disdain and arrogance that the Service staff communicate to a client. If this was the 1st incident in dealing with the particular Service Centre it may been seen as an once off, however, since the purchase of this vehicle from New, the attitude and Poor Service is what remains paramount in our dealing with this Company.

(Supplier name changed from Imperial Select Multi Franchise to Accordian Investments, distributors of Tata cars &
