Vehicle in service for 2 Months

My Tata 1 toner super ace mini truck has been in service for almost 2 Months by Tygervalley multi franchiser. Since December I've been told that it's going to take one week to repair. And till today they keep telling me that it's going to be in for one week. I'm paying for something that I'm not even being able to have use of and on top of it its a work vehicle and I've been losing out on quite a bit of business. Furious at the terrible and pathetic service I've been receiving. I want to know how tata will be able to reimburse me for the months business that I have lost out on ad there had been absolutely no communication from their side.
