Unexpetable
We have bought a bakkie from the said dealership and in a matter of months we had to replace the brakes on the bakkie twice, the first time the company had to pay for the repairs (new brakes and discs) even though the repair is covered in the extended motor plan as they alleged it was driver negligence, now after a further 8600 km the same problem with the brakes! (New brakes and discs required) and yet again, I must pay, the excuse \driver negligence\". The driver has been working for the company for over 10 years and NEVER were there any complaints over bad driving. Please take note that the vehicle is still under warranty. The driver only carries light cargo i.e. Plasma TV's and if there was any sign of bad driving that would involve the brakes as a result of harsh braking the damage would be evident in the cargo, therefore we would require proof, some sort of evidence to state the fact that the fault was indeed as a result of the driver, they are not willing to assist in this matter. This is the first and last Tata I will ever buy due to the unwillingness of the dealership to assist in warranty repairs. We are lodging a formal complaint at the Ombut for the Motor Industry"
