Went to Tata Motors Bloemfontein in May 2017.
Made a joke to Casper (Salesman) about not having a silver Tata Manza on the floor...
Needless to say, Casper phoned me in July informing me that he located a silver Manza with all the bells and whistles and within 2 days the vehicle was financed, insured and delivered.
This is what customer service should be like, I was not even in the market to purchase a vehicle, but the way we were treated changed my mind. Now we are the happy owners of a very under rated vehicle that give us a lot of pleasure.
