Terrible service, terrible brand

I brought a brand new Tata super ace... since buying it 2016 , to now it has been towed to the dealers 15 times. I have lost business throughout and the response I get is NOTHING!!! Even complaining to the motor ombudsman in South Africa I get nothing!!! never buy a Tata super ace for your business..
