Terrible Service Department

<p>My Tata SuperAce truck had a breakdown almost 2weeks ago, it was then towed to the Tata Dealer at boksburg(close to East Rand Mall). Its been there since and everyday i get a different story. I've drove there 3 times already and every time i just get a different pile of lies. I was told the part was ordered from the suppliers, last week Wednesday(14th June) when i got there i was told the part had been received the very same afternoon, it will be installed and the car will be ready on Thursday(15th June). On thursday i tried to get hold of them with no avail, the service agent was on leave and Service manager was apparently busy in the workshop.</p> <p>On Friday(16th June) i sent my drive to go and source feedback. He was told that the part still needs to be reomved out of the car and sent to the supplier...</p> <p>This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!! I wish I could just give the truck to them and buy myself another reliable truck with a reputable brand!!! </p> <p> </p>
