TATA ZENON S/CAB

I purchased a Tata Xenon a year ago at Tata Menlyn. After my 1st service of 15 000 km which was done at Tata Centurion all the problems started. The V-belt broke, the turbo was replaced and much more, the list is endless. Then after that the Tata started a oil leak which it is going back now for the 4th or 5th time in 2 months for exactly the same problem. Only difference everytime I get it back the oil leak is worse - my entire paving at my house is a oil mess. Every time the vehicle go in for one problem it came back with something new breaking or the old problem still there or worse. I have a small business with only this one delivery vehicle - Tata branches including Tata SA could not help me once with a loan delivery vehicle. I have spend thousands on renting trailors and courier services to be able to deliver to my clients at a huge loss for my business. Today my Tata had to go back again after I got it back friday for a oil leak at the back sump. I have told Tata SA and I have the proofs that this must be a factory malfunction because no vehicle with such low mileage can give so much problems. All Tata can say is there is a warranty and it will get repaired for free
