Tata Super Ace bad vehicle and service

I have purchased 2 Tata Super Aces 3 months ago. They both broke down on numerous occasions and needed to be sent in for various issues, to list: <br> Oil leaks - 3 times<br> Gearbox replacement - 1 time<br> Overheating +/- 4 times<br> Aircon not functioning - 1 time<br> Keep in mind that these vehicles have just over 15 000km!!, and less than 3 months old!<br> When I spoke to the dealer principal of Tata Vereeniging, where the vehicles were purchased, he told me that he does not manufacture them and his job is only to repair them. I requested for courtesy vehicles, which he blatantly refused. Both vehicles broke down the same day. One got sent in on Thursday, and one on Friday last week. I was promised that they would be repaired by Monday and Tuesday. I only received one vehicle today(Thursday) and I am still awaiting delivery for the second one. Each day since Monday I was promised to receive one of them by the afternoon, which didn't happen either! Please keep in mind that these vehicles were off the road during each and every breakdown too. Vehicles are supposed to be assets, but these tata's are liabilities!! My company is suffering severely because of their inferior vehicles, and service!!!
