TATA Silverton Trucks - Poor Service delivery & rudeness

Tata Truck Sales - Silverton

We sent our truck for diagnosis and repair to Tata Silverton as it was overheating. They took delivery of the vehicle and identified that the wrong radiator was fitted. After replacing the part, they tested the vehicle, but it still was overheating. They then identified that it was the thermostat that would need replacing, which they then replaced but it was still overheating and now a week has passed. We then went to collect the truck as it had been too long, and the workshop manager was rude to us that he didn’t need to talk to us as he did not take understanding that we followed each advice to have parts replaced but it did not fix our problem. During this time my company got back logged with delivery costing us a huge increase in expenses as we ended up hiring a truck for deliveries. They then asked for another day to diagnose the truck doing one more test, it was then they picked up that there were exhaust gases mixed with the coolant system indicating a possible head gasket blow. We ended up collecting the truck and getting it fixed elsewhere due to the workshop managers rudeness and lack of interest in doing business.
