TATA Service, or lack thereof

I tried to order parts for our truck that was inoperable at Tugela Ferry Build It. I took photos of the required parts to Tata Motors in Mariannhill Pinetown. I was told that they did not have stock and would order from Johannesburg. No communication from them. Weeks later, i visited again and followed with an email. Still NO response. We have since sourced 2nd hand parts and will be selling the vehicle as soon as possible and replacing it with anything but a TATA truck.
