Tata Pta North

I bought a secondhand vehicle from Tata Pretoria North. They sold the vehicle stating \no papers". They provided me with a printout from the local licencing authority and said the vehicle documents were with Toyota finance. I could not obtain the documents from them as the vehicle was never settled. How could Tata buy a vehicle without documents and sell it without documents?? And it was never settled. I don't get any joy from them to settle the matter. Tata SA's (Associated Motor Holdings) complaints department was contacted twice without them calling me back for resolving the matter. """
