TATA Pinetown not Reliable

My car was bought in September last year, soon after that I took it in for service as the rear right door was faulty and some machanical faults in the engine causing the car to lack power. The turnaround time on that was quick and i was happy. 4 weeks back my car would not start in the morning I called them and they collected the car and after diagnosing it they advised that the petrol pump was not working they have to order one from JHB till today they are still telling me the same story of a pump being ordered from JHB and honestly I am fed up with TATA and their service. For anybody who is looking at getting a TATA car especially from Pinetown branch please be warned as I am not the only one who has been complaining about them. When ever you call they give you a run around and say they will call you but they never do.
