Tata Paarden Eiland worst experience and very bad service

Empty promises from service department to the dealer principal. Bakkie has been standing for 6 weeks out of the 8 weeks I've owned it on problems that should have been sorted out before the bakkie has been delivered. The bakkie failed roadworthy and we were told that the parts were replaced but instead they cleaned it and delivered the bakkie 2 weeks later. There was a problem with the paperwork and numberplates were only delivered several days after the temporary plates expired. The bakkie has only 27 000 km on the clock and has so many problems from the radio, drivetrain, aircon condenser and suspension. Everone at the branch makes promises but no one delivers on any of them even bothers to keep us updated on the progress of parts delivery. Will be contacting the ombudsman to froce them to take the car back and will never buy car from Cape Town Multi Franchise again.
