TATA MOTORS BOKSBURG - USELESS

I purchased a brand new TATA Exenon d/c bakkie in November 2014 from Boksburg, Tata Motors Atlas road ***, Frik<br> Firstly no GPS Chip for 3 mnths<br> 3 months old - brake linings leaked causing no brakes<br> New radiator - waited two months<br> New silencer - waited over a month <br> New gearbox<br> new cambelt etc -this was a week after service waited three weeks, no offer of loan vehicle<br> No service, on complaining with customer care *** gavin Hendricks, he tried to assist in the beginning, still took months to sort out things, passed onto Danie Opperman )11)***, no service and attitude- spoke to Ismael Malick his boss *** also no real service still no loan vehicle, no follow up from them, I had to make all the calls etc. sent several emails to Phumi *** secretary to CEO Mr Kyri Michaels, asking to get him to contact me.....still nothing . I want a new vehicle as this one only has 48888 on the clock, and considering all the breakdowns I don't have faith in this vehicle anymore. I have incurred thousands in costs due to this whereby TATA will not look into , and for the new vehicle they not interested, said take it to the MIOSA which I have.<br> Thx
