Tata Indica sold standard with RUST!

I am fed up, with Tata South Africa, they don't care about the vehicles they sell, or the people that spend there hard earned money on their products. I bought a new Indica, in March 2015, from Tata Durban, the vehicle was delivered to me, on the lower south coast where I live. The vehicle had signs of rust, I was told to take it for a rust inspection, at a Tata dealership, this was done in October 2016, at Tata Pinetown, and I was left for a week without a vehicle.... Major inconvenience, while the rust was being fixed. Now in February 2017 the rust is back in one of the same areas, where the rust was supposedly removed. And all Tata South Africa, and Tata Pinetown say is I need to bring the vehicle back, I stay allmost 200 kilometers away from Pinetown, and why:
No.1 Was I sold a vehicle with rust, by Tata Durban ?
No. 2 Why do I have to run around, trying to get the vehicle to them? They can come fetch it seeing they stuffed-up, the first time.
No. 3 And why wasn't the problem corrected the first time?

The vehicle will be 24 months old in March2017, and the rust warranty will expire.
When I enquired about the panel beater they sent my vehicle to, they said prestige panel beaters, I wonder if this panel beater is Tata approved, as some of the other areas where the rust was removed / fixed( I hope), was re-sprayed with a different shade of silver.

I regret buying this vehicle.

And how will that help me? By telling me to take the vehicle to the nearest Tata service centre for a rust inspection, with time and money that I don't have, for driving 200 kilometers to a Tata service centre that could not get their backyard panel beater to remove the rust the first time? And be inconvenience for who knows how long, without a vehicle. And as for the nearest Tata service centre, to me, he's on holiday untill who knows when? And then he still asks why I don't support him.

And this is Tata customer care(less)'s pathetic reply to me:

Dear Mr Coetzee

Please make a booking with the dealer to allow them to inspect your vehicle. Tata Head Office will not be able to assist if vehicle is not at the dealer.

Vehicle needs to be repaired by the same panel beater.

And the saga continues, I phoned Tata Pinetown on 31 March 2017 and made a booking for a rust inspection with Tata Pinetown, on 10 April 2017, as I was instructed by Tata customer care in Johannesburg, (see previous reply). Drove approx. 190 kilometers from my residence on the lower south coast, all the way back to Tata Pinetown, on the 10th of April 2017, arrived at the service centre, just to be told sorry the warranty clerk is currently on leave, and only he can submit the paperwork, and that I am going to have bring the vehicle back again, once he has returned from leave.
