Tata Indica 1.4 problems from new till now

Good day

I bought my Tata Indica brand new in August 2013. My first problem came on 1 500 km and I took it to George TATA and they said they have fixed my front brakes. Then on 2500km Tata George replaced my wind shilled and now 3 years later my front window is almost rusted away. On 10 000km I took my Tata to Somerset west and had braking and acceleration problems. It took them from 8 am till 4 pm to fix my car. Had the same problems. Me and my fiancé then went to PE for holiday and on 30 000km my cars gearbox and brakes broke the same time. My car was at a Hyundai for the repair because they were a repair agent for Tata. I waited 1 month for my car. Then i Took my car to Renault Tokai in Cape Town. with problems on braking and a weird sound what is coming from the engine on 40 000km. My car is now on 65 000km and my throttle body is faulty. I ordered parts from Tata Brackenfell and they send me the wrong Throttle body. I send it back and now I am still waiting on my Throttle body. I cannot believe that Tata motors agents are so careless off customers. Even if my car is fixed after all of this I feel unsafe to drive in my own car. What if the rust on my windshield gives in and me or the person driving my car is ****ed because of the negligence of Tata agents. I cannot believe that they would put peoples lives at risk for financial gain.

Good day

To short out all the problems I had with my TATA i had to spend about R45000 just to repair my car and I feel that tata should help cover my cost because everytime i wanted my car to be repaired I got no help then i had to pay out of my own pocket. If TATA can atleast help me covering my cost or even half of it I would appreciate it
